Terms of Service

The Bot Owner grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use ByteKnight for personal or non-commercial purposes within the CodeForge community. Premium features are available through subscription tiers.

Users may not:

Use ByteKnight to violate laws, rules, or regulations.

Engage in harassment, spamming, or malicious activities within the CodeForge Discord Server.

Share or redistribute ByteKnight's premium features or subscription benefits.

CodeForge offers three versions of ByteKnight to cater to a variety of user needs:

ByteKnight-CLI (Free): This is the open-source console-based version of ByteKnight available for free. Users can access and modify the source code from the GitHub repository.

ByteKnight-GUI [Apprentice Tier]: A graphical user interface version of ByteKnight, available to Apprentice Tier subscribers, who also gain access to developer code-shares and priority support. This version includes advanced tools and enhanced usability for managing servers and bot functionality.

ByteKnight-GUI (AI) [Champion Tier]: The most advanced version, featuring AI integrations and cutting-edge tools. This version is available exclusively to Champion Tier subscribers, who also gain access to developer code-shares and priority support.

All subscription tiers provide users with access to the latest source updates, including exclusive features and ongoing improvements. Subscription payments are recurring unless canceled by the User.

Refunds will be provided if services are unavailable for an extended period due to issues caused by CodeForge or ByteKnight.

Users can cancel subscriptions at any time via the CodeForge dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not refund past payments.

The Bot Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ByteKnight, its features, or subscription tiers at any time without prior notice. The Bot Owner is not liable for any impacts resulting from such changes.

All intellectual property rights to ByteKnight and CodeForge remain the exclusive property of the Bot Owner. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or redistributing ByteKnight or its subscription-exclusive features without express permission.

CodeForge and ByteKnight collect data to operate the bot and manage subscriptions. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data collection, usage, and user rights.

The Bot Owner is not responsible for damages arising from ByteKnight usage, including loss of data or subscription service interruptions.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot Owner from claims, damages, or liabilities related to ByteKnight or subscription use.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
